When was it?
When was the last time you are really yourself?
Many a time we are all hiding under the 'perfect' persona that we have created for our survival in this harsh world. How often can we put down that mask, and face the world with our own? Giving you that chance, will you have the courage to do it? Think through it many times before you answer yourself. It is not as easy as it seems. All that you have built up over the years can just come crumbling down to naught. Can you bear it?
Sometimes it is just so tiring. So burnt from it that I just want to give everything up. But the implications are great. Too great for me. For now. Next time perhaps.
And since this post is kinda like a repeat post from previously, I shall not continue much.
And since the weather nowadays are so wet and blue, it is actually a very good time to just laze in a cafe, with a nice brew and a good book to just let time pass by you. Been trying to clear the backlog of books that I bought and have not even touched. Oh wells. The little pleasure in life that never fail to keep me amused. Even though it is doing it alone. :)
Anyway this song is kinda on the repeat on my play list at the moment. Don't know why. Just so.

Watching every motion
In my foolish lover's game
On this endless ocean
Finally lovers know no shame
Turning and returning
To some secret place inside
Watching in slow motion
As you turn around and say
Take my breath away
Take my breath away
Watching I keep waiting
Still anticipating love
Never hesitating
To become the fated ones
Turning and returning
To some secret place to find
Watching in slow motion
As you turn to me and say
My love
Take my breath away
Through the hourglass I saw you
In time you slipped away
When the mirror crashed I called you
And turned to hear you say
If only for today
I am unafraid
Take my breath away
Take my breath away
Watching every motion
In this foolish lover's game
Haunted by the notion
Somewhere there's a love in flames
Turning and returning
To some secret place inside
Watching in slow motion
As you turn my way, and say
Take my breath away
Take my breath away
When was the last time you are yourself?
