Recently Starbucks was in the news in the States. The matter at hand was that their staff had 'forgotten' the primary reason what made Starbucks famous back then. That is their customer service. So a huge number of stores was closed and their staff sent for retraining. Well this should not come as a surprise as now in the wake of increasing competition from others, it is often the intangible services that distinguish you from others. The same goes for when in life. Personally I do tend to see a consistent service standard in the Starbucks outlets here locally. Warm and friendly staff helming the store.

Starbucks has nicer coffee, but Coffee Bean has nicer tea. Just an observation. :)

Just an interesting observation, I seem to be always the one changing a new toilet roll at home. Strange. Haha.


The days of innocence is lost from me. Would you help me find it again?
