Twenty-five

I am now.

Dinner was good, meeting up with those guys again. It has been quite a while. Headed to Brewerks @ stadium waterfront to chill after.

And I'm listening to this a lot these few days. Doesn't matter how many times I've listened to it, it always feel like the first time.

Urge to dive. Anyone?
Over the past 10 days, in no particular order, I cut my hair; hit my head; bought books; had cake; ate nice lunches and dinners; bought Starcraft 2; took a break from WoW; heart palpitations; sleepless; ghosts of the past(?); felt empty and scared; but eventually having to make do.

Running on batteries?

Last night I experienced the anxiety to fall asleep, because I couldn't. Doubt I slept at all. It was terrible. It felt like a billion things running through my mind at any given time, and yet there isn't a single event that I can pin down at any point.

Just when you thought things can't get any lower, she's back with a vengeance.

Damn the bump on the head. No joke hitting the cupboard on the head.

Kiss the rain.

Came across this recently. Thought it was pretty soothing on the mind before hitting the bed.

A lot has been said about the customer service of our telcos, esp the red and green friends. You gotta experience it first hand to truly understand. No experience with the sun yet, so I can't tell for that.

After the saga with the green friend previously over cable internet, I was given the chance tonight to experience the red. Abstract as follows:

"Customers seeking technical support will be pleased to know they are available from 8am and midnight, 7 days a week including public holidays."(real message from the helpline, I didn't make it up)

Wheee! Awesome-est message that one can hear when calling them @ 2am in the morning. Of course I'm please. No indefinite holding on the line, just a friendly automated lady telling you promptly that.

In other words, "Hello suckers, we are the largest company by market capitalisation on the SGX with a combined mobile subscriber base of 285 million customers across all region, but we can't be fucked to even have a 24/7 technical support helpline. If you are really urgent, you will wait until 8am for someone to answer your queries. As for why you are paying so much every month, it is because we have kickass bonuses to pay our execs for doing nothing."

I went to the Garden Festival @ Suntec. Took ages to upload tonight. These are the interesting few that I like.

My aunt commented that it is impossible for me not to take this next shot. She was right. Lol.

Hehe. I'm not disappointed by THIS. And THIS.

LOL! Oh and the area around Liat Towers flooded again. Hahah
The dinner treat was great, the catching up was equally awesome.

It has been raining heavily @ my place for the past 1 hour already. I am half-expecting news of flood somewhere on the island when I wake up later. These days, you cannot be too sure. Especially if a particularly important drain or what is blocked by rubbish. Lol.

ROFLMAO. I cannot stop laughing when I read this. ZOMG. How stupid can you get, and they are becoming officers to lead men into wars. *shudder*

ZOMG FAIL YOU LOSERS!

And don't forget to read the comments below that post! :D

Couldn't remember how this week went by.

What struck me was the dream this morning. There I was alone in France(?) and I checked into a very rundown building. However the room was nothing like the exterior. It was quite simply the most luxurious one that I've been in. I was supposed to be looking for someone on this trip, but I never knew who I was looking for. I was never told and all I knew was if I've found the person, I would know. I walked the cobbled street, up and down, familiar faces all around but none I recognise, and I was just another stranger in their eyes. The days passed and came the hour that I was to depart. I took a lingering look down the block on the street, I paused, almost magically I grinned, and I knew I've found you.

In non chronological order. Some shots that I took.

On a side note, been having palpitations out of the blue this couple of days. Hmm..

And, my monitor has finally died on me. Today.
