Of train and death.

I sat there alone. Waiting for not the train, but someone. People passed me by, so did time. The seconds ticked on with no sign of the end. I got out of my seat and stood at the edge of the platform as a train approached. I looked on at the locomotive as it pulls into the station. As a blinding flash disoriented me, I witnessed the locomotive passing through me. Not one but two of them. Reality soon returned to normal and the man that was standing next to me, with a smirk on his face as he told me this, "Kinda cool huh?" Then he proceeded to board the train that is now in the station. He wasn’t the one that I was waiting for.

From my peripheral vision, I saw her. Alone. With the frenzy that was going on, she stood out among all. Her face was shrouded. But I knew it was her. She didn’t speak, but I hear her. “Seek me not and wait for me no further, for I’m already dead.” With that she turned around and disappeared into the crowd. I know I will not see her again; and that was the answer that I knew all along.

Does this constitute a weird dream again? It is playing tricks on me again.

Good sunny (again) Saturday. Please be forgiving with the amount of sunshine today.

Met the guys @ YH's place in the evening. After an intense evening of scheming and plotting, alliance and mind-fucking, killing one another in 三国杀, over some drinks no less, we decided to head out for our run. Albeit us being late in our own timing that we wanted to start the run. Blame the game. So off we went for what was to be our latest run ever; or the earliest one if we are anal simply because the new day had actually started. The usual dynamic warmup led to the slow jog which brought us to the venue, that we had decided upon for our interval training.

Being tired was underrated; it felt like a torture. And no we didn't skip the usual physical training, though we did pamper ourselves a little with some discount. :) Had our very late dinner or supper for some, after the cool down stretching, which I always look forward to. Exchanging random chatter in a bid to keep ourselves somewhat awake from the already zombie state we were in, it turned out that I wasn't the only one that felt like crap every week after I washed up when I got back. Rofl. We have much to do, either that, or the standard that we expect from ourselves simply gets higher, LOL.

Took a longer than usual drive back after dropping a couple of them back at their places. I tried not to speed, really, an effort made further successful by being stuck at every other red light. Hah.

And now that I've washed up, rinsed out my running stuff, I feel like crap. HAHA.

No intention of proofreading this, please forgive. Heck. I'm entitled to whatever I want to post here. :D

Had a random trigger along the way back just now. Random. But it was still vivid. Wondering if it will ever go away completely. And no there is nothing physically wrong with me with regards to the trigger.

If anything, it perhaps reminded me that it was real.

Good morning.

A couple of nights ago I felt so dehydrated during a run that I took a shortcut back. Must have been the coffee in the evening, I'm guessing. Pampered myself to some kajiki sushi and garlic fried rice on Monday. Met the guys last night to get ready for the big day in May. And then there was the usual run and breakfast on Saturday morning. Pretty much summed the week.

The SMRT breakdowns had taken some shine of the underage prostitution case this week. Hmm.

Oh and I've finally found my dive card, smartly hidden in the drawer standing by the side. Please let the trip materialise. It has been so long since we last went underwater.

The Good Friday long weekend was spent playing Munchkin card game and 三国杀, the Chinese version of the game Bang!. Waking early on Sat and heading out to the bay area for the usual run and fun with the guys. Met a couple of friends on Sunday night for dinner and drinks. 1st round @ Socialhaus, then onto Heart of House for 2nd round of waffle and pizza. Sinful but awesome.

The rain and wet weather over the past two evenings made me so lazy to head out for a run. But I eventually did today, but with legs that felt like jelly and lead, and knots in my stomach. Well, still good to have dragged myself out of the house.

So the streak of weird dreams continued with meeting Lady Gaga in a Cold Storage supermarket; and a Resident Evil worthy one.

The latter included werewolves, mutation, and fighting to escape from a complex twice simply because having made it to the exit the first time, I had to go back in again because I couldn't leave that person behind; and all these because I missed the stop which I was supposed to alight from the bus and decided to take a train back home from that complex.

Nonsense max I'm telling you. These.

Loki: " I have an army."
Tony: " We have a Hulk." Good ol' Tony Stark arrogance.

Woke up to a very strange dream a couple of nights ago. Jotted it down as soon as I got up before I forget about it.

I dreamt that I was back in school, in VS, and I went for recess but I left my money in class. Then after I found myself walking around in a hospital of sorts. It had 30 levels and a glass elevator. I was wearing a shirt and tie with my collar buttoned down. The button burst open suddenly but remained intact. It didn't fly or fell off. There was also a playground which operated on the various principles of physics.

Lastly I met this man who was just about to leave and he left his tie on the bench as he walked away with his female companion. I called out to him and he looked visibly embarrassed by his apparent absentmindedness, but in reality he left his tie there on purpose so that he can get a new one. He told me this under his breath as his female companion laughed at him. We took the glass elevator down from the 28th storey and starting chatting about nothing in particular.

And the scene changed to me having 2 apple pies before I woke up.

Woke up feeling puzzled but remembering the details vividly. Hmm.

Met up with an old friend, dined and embarked on a long hot humid walk along the bay area for the iLight event. Settled for a watering hole @ CHIJMES and was treated to a lightning show that lit up the otherwise darkness of the pre-dawn sky.
